Ed Harry currently stocks sizes Small to XXL in most of our apparel.
Is Ed Harry a franchise?
Ed Harry is not a franchised company, we are privately owned.
I live hours away from the nearest Ed Harry store, how can I purchase clothing?
A selection of our most wanted items are available to purchase online via this website. Alternatively, if you know what it is you would like to purchase, simply phone the nearest Ed Harry store and our staff will happily put aside the garments for you. If you can then send a money order for the amount of the purchase plus postage, the store will then send your garments on to you.
Will Ed Harry hold garments for me?
Yes, Ed Harry will hold items for a maximum of three days.
Does Ed Harry have layby?
Yes Ed Harry does offer Layby. Layby runs for 6 weeks, with payments to be made every 2 weeks. Upon laybying items, an initial deposit equal to 20% of the total value of the goods is required. If the layby is cancelled, a nominal cancellation fee will be charged.
Does Ed Harry have a facility for uniform purchases?
Ed Harry does not have a dedicated facility for uniform purchases, however Ed Harry has managed to help many customers with their uniform needs. In the event the garments you require are in our range, our dedicated staff will make every effort to obtain all the garments you require.

Gift Cards
Does Ed Harry have gift cards?
Yes, Ed Harry Menswear does offer a gift card service. Gift Cards are available with a minimum value of $10.00 and a maximum value of $500.00, redeemable in any Ed Harry store, Australia wide. Gift Cards are non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards are valid for a 24 month period and can be used in conjunction with any sale.
Alternatively, gift vouchers are able to be purchased online in $25, $50, $75 and $100 denominations.
I have lost my gift card? Can it be replaced?
All gift cards are considered as cash and once lost, unfortunately cannot be replaced.
Refunds & Exchanges
Can I exchange my purchases if they aren't the right size or if I have changed my mind?
If you change your mind, Ed Harry are happy to exchange or refund within two weeks from the date of purchase provided the garment(s) remains in its original condition with all labels and swing tags attached and there is no evidence of the product(s) having been worn. Just show your original sales receipt as proof of purchase at any Ed Harry store.
Can I get a refund at any store?
Yes, provided you have your original sales receipt and the items are still in their original condition, you can get a refund at any Ed Harry store.
I received clothing as a gift, so don't have a receipt, can I get a refund?
Provided the goods are in their original condition, without a store receipt we are happy to exchange your goods for the value of the item at the time.
Alternatively we can provide you with a Gift Card for use within 24 months.
ONLINE SHOPPING FAQ
To order online, simply select your desired clothing category from the tabs appearing on the left of the screen. Once you are satisfied with your choices, proceed to the checkout.Although you can purchase via this website from anywhere in the world, you currently require a delivery address within Australia.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an automated email confirming your order details, estimated delivery date and contact details. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam or junk mail folders if you do not receive this automated email to your inbox.
Missing Parcels
Ed Harry prides itself on the speedy delivery of your order, however should your order fail to arrive, please contact us or call 08 83660444. For prompt attention to your query, please mention that you bought your goods from our online store and have your order details ready.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.).
All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks sell out.
Our website is best viewed when using 1024 x 768 resolution or above.
We Reserve the Right:
to cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.

Sold Out Items
Be quick! If a specific size or colour is not listed, it is currently out of stock or has been sold out. Make sure you are subscribed to receive emails so you are up to date on all that is new at Ed Harry

A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.
Pricing & Currency
There may be some instances where an in-store offer is not offered online. We will however from time to time have special online only offers for our online customers.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
Submitting your order
After you have submitted your order, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.
Multiple Delivery addresses
You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to multiple destinations within Australia as we are unable to split orders.
GIFT CARDS
Purchases
Gift cards with a value of $25, $50, $75 or $100 can be purchased from our online store and gift cards of $50 or over, will be sent free of delivery charges. The following conditions also apply with gift card purchases.

Gift Cards can be redeemed for merchandise only and not for cash.

Lost, stolen or destroyed gift cards will not be refunded in cash or replaced.

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from date of issue.

The value of the gift card draws down with each purchase. Change will be issued once the balances reaches $5 or under.
Using your gift card as online payment
Gift cards cannot be used as payment online.
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
Delivery / Shipping
We deliver via Toll Priority and a signature is required upon delivery. For this reason, we recommend you specify a work address and only your home address if someone will be home to sign for receipt of your purchase.
Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, delivery will take approx 5 working days for delivery within Australia.
Delivery Costs
We are pleased to offer free delivery within Australia, on all online orders of 2 items or more. For orders of one item only a flat delivery fee of $5 will be added to your order.
RETURNS
Ed Harry strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, let us know.
Unwashed, unworn items, with the original tags attached may be returned upon presentation of your original invoice up to 14 days after receiving your order.
You are welcome to return online purchases in any of the following ways:
Returns by mail
Please enclose your receipt, completed online returns form and merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and mail to:

As Ed Harry are not liable for the loss of garments being returned, we recommended you return your unwanted goods using registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Return to any Ed Harry store
You can return merchandise purchased online to any Ed Harry store within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Just bring in your online invoice and the credit card you used when you ordered. If the credit card cannot be presented a gift card will be issued as an alternative.
