As Ed Harry are not liable for the loss of garments being returned, we recommend you return your unwanted goods using registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited with the monies originally paid, excluding delivery costs (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights e.g. Faulty or not as ordered). Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Return to any Ed Harry store
You can return merchandise purchased online to any Ed Harry store provided garment(s) remains in its original condition with all labels and swing tags attached and there is no evidence of the product(s) having been worn. Just bring in your online invoice and the credit card you used when you ordered. If the credit card cannot be presented a gift card will be issued as an alternative.
Please note that faulty goods should be returned within a reasonable time frame.
